Provisions in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Chesapeake requires prior approval by the Board of Directors for certain improvements to your property.  You must submit this form to any Board member 30 days prior to the work being done.  The Board will respond to your request in writing within 30 days after receiving the request.

EXTERIOR PAINT REQUEST:   The following 9 colors (plus 9 compatible colors) are the only approved exterior paint colors available in both paint and stain, for house and trim.

You may purchase paint or stain anywhere.  If you choose non-ICI paint, you must attach a color chip from the manufacturer of the paint you have chosen.  Your non-ICI color must match the equivalent ICI color above.  This applies to the trim color as well.

ROOF REPLACEMENT:  All roofing in Chesapeake will be of a shingle-type material with weight no less than 220 pounds and rating Class A.  The 3-Tab (Weatherwood) or Dimensional shingles are approved shingles for replacement.  Please submit a sample.
